Our Story

Women of God was founded on July 5, 2013, by Mary Nolan-Hudson. Mary was a mother of three girls, Bequita, Yolando, and Christal. Mary was a devoted child of God who had a passion for seeing women of God share their faith, testimonies, and gifts to encourage each other. She founded Women of God with the intent to uplift and encourage. In 2021, Mary passed away from undetected uterine cancer. Before her passing, she requested that in her succession as the leader and visionary of the ministry, her youngest daughter, Christal Crockett, continue to further the work of the ministry assignment. After taking two years to heal and seek God to continue the vision of WOG, Christal relaunched the ministry in January 2024. 

Our Mission & Vision

Women of God is a safe, sober, and biblically sound community that provides a place for God to move so that all women can receive restoration and find community and accountability.

At Women of God, our vision is to create a global community of women passionate about growing in their faith and supporting each other in all areas of life. We believe that women thrive in the community, and we want to facilitate that by planting hubs worldwide. Our goal is to make it easy for women to find friends and encouragement wherever they are and to equip them to make a difference in their families, workplaces, and communities.

What We Believe

  • In one God who is revealed as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (John 1:1, John 3:16)

  • Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and His death was the final payment for the sins of the world. After Jesus died, He was resurrected as a fulfillment of prophecy to symbolize there is redemption because of the blood of Jesus Christ.

  • The Holy Spirit dwells within all believers. The Holy Spirit guides believers and endows each believer with supernatural power.
